Even though very strong material support for the work is missing, the relevant stakeholders are generally favourable. They include local government, NGOs, CDD, NFWD, civil society, transport business, religious groups, and different public extension agencies at the local level.
In the extended environment, there are factors which will affect success of Prochesta. Prochesta considers the rise of tea demand, csr opportunity from local and foreign companies, IPCC fund, private donor prospect at home and abroad and MDG goals will bring positive forces. On the contrary, global climate change, increasing trend for highly regulative NGO activities, and poor representation of NGO work are sources for worry.
